Hello and Welcome! My name is Joy Enyinnaya, Ph.D., and I am from Abia State, Nigeria. I earned my doctorate in Public Communications and Technology from Colorado State University. My research focuses on technoculture around social identities in online spaces, specifically social media for marketing, branding, community building and digital activism. I use the intersection of technology interface, user interaction and cultural ideology to understand self-presentation online. My research also examines technoculture and health communication strategies among Indigenous peoples.
